1.1No Purchase Necessary:

Entry to Predict 7 is completely free. No paid feature, subscription, purchase, donation, or payment is required to register, enter, or win.

1.2Skill-Based Competition:

Predict 7 is a soccer prediction contest determined by participants’ skill in predicting match scores and outcomes. No paid feature or microtransaction improves an entrant’s odds of winning.

1.3Binding Agreement:

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern Predict 7. Specific terms published for particular promotions, Gameweeks, or additional prizes will apply alongside these Terms; in the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

1.4Acceptance:

By registering, entering, or participating in Predict 7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. The terms “you”, “entrant”, “player”, and “participant” refer to any eligible individual who enters Predict 7.

3.1Geographic Scope:

Predict 7 is open strictly to legal residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec.

3.2Age Requirement:

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry (19 years of age or older in Ontario).

3.3Exclusions:

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Operator, its associated companies, suppliers, advertising/promotional agencies, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the contest, along with their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate or win prizes.

3.4Verification:

The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, residency, and general eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in disqualification, account closure, and forfeiture of any accumulated points or prizes.

4.1Overall Duration:

Predict 7 will operate until terminated by the Operator. The 2026/27 competition runs from the kick-off of the first fixture on Gameweek 1 through Sunday, May 30, 2027 at 18:00, subject to modifications or early termination as permitted herein.

4.2Closing Time:

Each Gameweek closes 15 minutes before the scheduled kick-off time of the first fixture in that Gameweek, unless a different closing time is clearly displayed on the Website. Predictions cannot be submitted, edited, or re-submitted after the Gameweek Closing Time.

4.3Fixture Changes:

If a fixture’s kick-off time changes prior to the Gameweek closing, the Operator may update the Closing Time accordingly and will display the updated information on the Website where reasonably practicable.

4.4Contest Modifications:

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, cancel, extend, or modify Predict 7 where reasonably necessary due to technical issues, fixture changes, legal/regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Each individual is strictly permitted to register, control, and use one (1) account. Creating or operating multiple accounts, or attempting to manipulate the contest using scripts, bots, or unauthorized technical tools, will result in the immediate disqualification and closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all prizes.

5.3Finality of Submissions:

Once submitted, predictions cannot be edited or modified. The Operator bears no responsibility for network, telecommunication, software, or device failures preventing or delaying entry submission.

5.4No Email Submissions:

Entries submitted via email, postal mail, contact forms, social media, or direct support requests will not be accepted or processed under any circumstances. All valid entries must be submitted directly through the official entry interface on the Website prior to the Gameweek Closing Time.

5.5Free Entry & Additional Entries:

The first entry per Gameweek is free. Any bonus or additional entries awarded by the Operator will not require payment and will not afford any unfair competitive advantage.

6.1Fixture Selection:

Each standard Gameweek features seven (7) soccer matches.

6.2Leagues Included:

Fixtures are primarily selected from the English Premier League, La Liga in Spain and the UEFA Champions League. If an insufficient number of matches are scheduled in a given week, matches from the English Football League or the FA Cup may be included.

8.1Golden Goal Definition:

Entrants must predict the minute of the earliest (first) goal scored across all seven fixtures combined in that Gameweek.

8.2Goal Time Calculations & Thresholds:

8.3Closeness Standard:

The winning Golden Goal prediction is the one with the smallest absolute time difference (earlier or later) from the actual official time.

8.4Data Provider:

Scores, statistics, and official goal times are determined using official data provided by Opta or another provider selected by the Operator.

9.1Fixture Disruption Window:

If a postponed fixture is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of its original scheduled kick-off time, original predictions for that fixture will remain valid. If a fixture is not played within this 48-hour window, or is abandoned without at least 90 minutes completed (and without official data reliably confirming the final result), it will be deemed void.

9.2Prize Adjustments for Void Fixtures:

10.1Gameweek Jackpot (C$150,000):

Awarded to any eligible participant who correctly predicts the exact score of all seven (7) fixtures in a Gameweek.

10.2Gameweek Top Scorer Prize (C$175 Total):

Awarded in Gameweeks where the Jackpot is not won, provided at least five (5) fixtures are completed.

10.3Season Champion Prize (C$5,000):

Open to any eligible entrant who submits a valid entry in at least one Gameweek during the 2026/27 season, calculated based on total cumulative points across the entire season.

10.4Additional & Promotional Prizes:

The Operator may introduce secondary prizes or special promotional events. Specific rules, approximate retail values, and criteria will be published separately on the Website.

Eligible participants may earn Loyalty Points through qualifying activities associated with Predict 7, subject to the following terms:

11.1Social Purpose:

Participants may create or join Private Leagues to compete directly against friends or colleagues.

11.2No Cash Prizes in Private Leagues:

Private Leagues are social features designed for entertainment purposes and do not contain cash or official prizes unless expressly created, managed, and sponsored under separate official Operator terms.

11.3Removal & Moderation Rights:

The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, rename, or delete any Private League, or to remove any participant from a Private League, if the league name, description, or branding is deemed offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or otherwise inappropriate.

12.1Notification:

Potential winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone within 1 to 2 business days following the end of the Gameweek or season. Potential winners must respond within 14 days of the initial notification attempt.

12.2Skill-Testing Question:

In compliance with Canadian law, to be declared an official winner and receive any prize, a potential winner must correctly answer, without mechanical or automated assistance, a time-limited skill-testing question.

12.3Verification Standards:

Winners must provide proof of age, photo identification, and valid Canadian residential address before any prize is released.

12.4Payout Timeline:

Cash prizes will be paid via secure bank transfer or designated payment method within 10 business days after the winner successfully completes the skill-testing question and passes all verification checks.

12.5Tax Disclaimer:

Winners are solely responsible for reporting, declaring, and paying any personal taxes, fees, levies, or disclosures required by applicable federal, provincial, or local tax authorities as a result of receiving a prize.

12.6Forfeiture:

Failure to respond within 14 days, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question, providing inaccurate information, or breaching these Terms will result in complete forfeiture of the prize.

13.1Data Processing:

Personal details will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the Operator’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13.2Publicity Release:

Subject to applicable privacy laws, accepting a prize constitutes consent for the Operator to publish the winner's username, first name, city/province, prediction performance, and photograph on leaderboards, the Website, and marketing channels without additional compensation. Winners may be required to sign a standard publicity release prior to receiving funds.

15.1No Warranty:

The contest platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

15.2Exclusions:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator, its affiliated companies, officers, agents, and partners accept no liability for technical disruptions, lost or misdirected communications, network delays, erroneous third-party data feeds, or any loss resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

15.3Statutory Rights:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16.1Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Canadian province or territory in which the entrant resides (excluding Quebec), subject to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.

16.2Jurisdiction:

Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the courts holding competent jurisdiction over the entrant and the Operator.
